Our domestic cleaning in London is undertaken by a team of highly trained, fully insured and motivated cleaners. These cleaners are vital to all we do and they always work towards our main motto of offering security, quality and reliability.
At Clean & Tidy we have a vetting system which is very thorough and able to filter through the candidates to select only those deemed the most suitable. As part of the process, we always request to view work permits, passports, proof of living address, a history of previous addresses as well as obtaining references from past employers.
All suitable candidates are interviewed personally at our offices and if approved are given extensive training by way of our in-house training system. Every new cleaner has to pass a practical test involving a real-life scenario before they are assigned to a supervisor who will monitor the quality of the service they provide.
Only after we have been completely satisfied that the cleaner is able to meet the high service standard expected of them at all times are they assigned to new domestic cleaning clients.
